Reminders for the week:
- Don't Forget: Wear your VBS shirt each day.
- Drop off time is 8:45am; Pick up time is 12:15pm.
- Wednesday is street sweeping day on several of the streets around church so pay attention to street signs when you park.
- Instagram: Follow us on Instagram for plenty of VBS pics and videos from the week! @stjohnskids
- Chick-Fil-A will be here on Wednesday. If you ordered a lunch, you'll get it in The Courtyard beginning at 12:15pm. Grab-and-go or hang out for a while.
- Daily Offering: Don't forget to bring in your offering with supports Graceworks Kenya. (see below.)
- Friday is Water Day so plan ahead - kids will get wet that day.
KIDS SING SUNDAY!
The kids will have the opportunity to sing several of the songs at worship on Sunday. Please have them wear their VBS shirts to the 10:30 am service in Walker Hall this Sunday, June 28.

Exploring the Nature of God.

Treat you kids to a fantastic adventure!
Step through the mist into Rainforest Falls. Beneath a canopy of chattering birds and howling monkeys, kids plunge into a lifelong adventure of discovering the nature of God. They’ll explore what it means to be rooted in relationship with God — their Creator, All-Knowing, their Refuge, Love, and Forever hope.
This isn’t just a week of fun activities; it’s an immersive experience designed to help kids grow in faith through Bible story, worship, and hands-on exploration. Through sensory stations, interactive Bible discovery, meaningful discussion, and joyful worship, kids will see how God’s character revealed in Scripture shapes everyday faith — and how His love in Christ makes Him our safe place in life’s storms.
At Rainforest Falls, kids will:
✅ Encounter biblical truths that reveal God’s nature, grounded in His Word.
✅ Grow deeper in faith as they see how God’s promises bring comfort, joy, and courage.
✅ Respond with praise and confidence in Jesus, who is the same “yesterday, today, and forever.” (Hebrews 13:8)
✅ Make new friends, sing joyful praises, and experience God’s amazing grace in a fun and faith-filled environment.
Each year, over 500 kids join us for this fun and transformative week at St. John's Orange, and we can’t wait for your child to be part of the adventure!
