Life moves fast. Between classes, job searches, relationships, and constant noise, it’s easy to feel like you’re running completely on empty. You don't have to pretend you have it all together to belong here. Come drop the pressure, drop the perfection, and find real rest.

"May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit." - Romans 15:13

Overflow is a community for young adults (ages 18+) who are ready to stop striving on their own strength and simply gather around Jesus, our true source of hope.

What We’re Grounded In

God Does the Heavy Lifting: Real hope doesn't depend on how good your week went. It’s anchored in who Jesus is, keeping you steady when life feels uncertain.
A Place to Simply Receive: You don't have to perform or prove anything here. We gather to be renewed by God's grace, His Word, and genuine connection.
Freedom to Rest: Your worth is already settled in Christ. That gives you the breathing room to make big life decisions, ask honest questions, and even fail without fear.
Hope That Spills Over: We don't serve others to earn points with God. We love those around us because God's grace fills us up so much that it naturally overflows into our everyday lives.
