Caregivers' Day Off Team

Caregivers' Day Off TEAM MEMBER
Let's give these caregivers that are doing the extraordinary a pause from their efforts so they can do the ordinary, rest, recharge, and continue to be a light in the lives of these children that God has entrusted them with.
St John’s in partnership with Olive Crest and Social services offers from 10am-2pm a fun filled day for the children of all RFA and kinship families in Orange County. Caregivers drop off their children and receive a well-deserved break for four hours.
It takes over 100 volunteers to love and serve these children and we are in need of your help and the gift of your presence.
We have various opportunities for you to serve at this event. Activities include a Lego station, craft table, bible lesson, and much more! Lunch is provided for both attendees and volunteers.
Volunteers arrive at 9am in Walker Hall to check in. We will meet at the lunch tables in the schoolyard to pray and go over the plans for the day.
Thank you for making a difference!
The Caregiver’s Day Off events are held on St. John's large playground area (adjacent to Senne Field) and always include a fun theme for the day.
Lunch, snacks, and water is provided for the children and all volunteers.
