Get equipped to help us share Christ with our homebound congregation members through phone calls and in-person visits.
Supports those who are homebound, in assisted living, or hospitalized. This includes offering communion visits, delivering flowers on Sundays or Mondays, sharing prayer quilts & Portals of Prayer, & sending out birthday & Christmas cards.
Time Commitment: 1 hour a week
Helps ensure that flowers from Sunday worship are delivered to members of the St. John’s community. This ministry is a beautiful way to extend the joy of worship into someone’s home.
Time Commitment: 1 hour a week
CARD WRITING COORDINATOR
Oversees birthday cards for homebound, assisted living, and hospitalized members while also joining in the ministry of sending encouragement and care through personal notes and brings heartfelt connection to those who might otherwise feel forgotten.
Time Commitment: 1 hour a week
GUEST WELCOME COORDINATOR
Creates a warm first impression for those visiting St. John’s for the first time. Coordinating welcome contacts and writing cards to new guests and provides lasting encouragement to those seeking a church home.
Time Commitment: 1 hour a week
