Have you ever been somewhere where it was so dark you couldn’t even see your hand in front of your face? No light shining under the door or no screen glaring back at you? Just darkness. Then finally, with the flip of a switch, LIGHT! Light changes everything. This month, we’re talking about light, but not just any light. We’re talking about Jesus—the light of the WORLD—and how when we do what Jesus says, we shine. We shine the light of Jesus!
Week 1 Light of the World// Matthew 5:1-2, 14-16// Jesus says to let my light shine.
Week 2 Great Commission// Matthew 28:18-20// Jesus says to tell others about Him.
Week 3 Early Church//Acts 2:42-47// Jesus says to love like Him.
Week 4 Shine Like the Stars// Philippians 2:14-16// I shine when I do what Jesus says.
If you haven't already filled out a Participation Form for your child please do so. Great news! You only have to fill out the form once per year and it is good for most Kids' Activities such as Sunday School, Fellowship Events, and Bible Study.
