Close-up cameras give a better view of the intricacies happening on every one of the 6 keyboards (including pedals) of the 150-rank Ballantyne organ. The staggering complexity of all the counterpoint gives way to real emotional power, as one begins to see Bach’s awe in the majesty of his Creator, and reverence toward Him, reflected in the music.
