Faith Stepping Stones: Bible Gifting Class
PreK-4th Grade Children & Families
At St. John's we strive to partner with our families throughout their faith journey! With this class we focus on our families with younger children and how to bring the Bible into the home at the level your child can understand.
We will begin by having parents in the Walker Hall Dining Room and ALL children in the Cornerstone. During this split time, parents will learn about the Bible, how to prepare it for their child, and some steps for using it in their homes. Then we will invite ALL children back up for dinner time and host a closing workshop to practice leading a devotional with their child. Our evening will conclude by attending the 6:30pm service for a blessing from one of our Pastors for completing the class.
- DATES: Sun, Sep 7 (PreK/Kinder/1st Grade Families) OR Sun, Sep 14 (2nd/3rd/4th Grade Families)
- If you have a child in both you can choose which session to attend!
- 4:30pm - 6:15pm in Walker Hall Dining Room (Special blessing at 6:30pm service to follow class)
- Free Dinner Provided!
Childcare available for children not attending workshop (3yrs and younger): Starting at 4:15pm in Cornerstone
