Maundy Thursday / Holy Thursday 

Holy Thursday, also known as Maundy Thursday, commemorates the Last Supper of Jesus Christ, where he instituted the sacrament of Holy Communion, and the washing of the disciples' feet, emphasizing love and service.
The name "Maundy" comes from the Latin word "mandatum," meaning "commandment," referring to Jesus' command to "love one another."
