Bach Afternoon Cantata Series #2:
Mary's Song - Meine Seel erhebt den Herren (My Soul Praises the Lord) BWV 10

The second Bach cantata of our season focuses on the Visitation - Mary's visit to Elizabeth - and this one features Mary's Song, the Magnificat, itself. Experience this cantata in concert setting which doubles as a meditative afternoon church service, in which we will sing the melody of this song as we draw from the ancient Vespers liturgy.
