Day 3 Foundation of Worth-Jesus Prayed in the Garden

First Grade teacher, Mrs. Glaeser, teaches us how precious we are to Jesus as she retells the story of the last night Jesus spent with His disciples. He went to the Garden of Gethsemane to pray. He asked His disciples to remain awake and pray while He went further into the garden. Even though Jesus was distressed because He knew He was going to die on the cross, he knew YOU were worth it. We are that precious to God that he sent his son. Jesus knew as he prayed the time had come to follow through with God’s plan. Why? You were and are worth it. (Matthew 26:36-46)

Point: Jesus has a plan for me.
