It is clear this crisis will be with us for the forseeable future and we are poised to help. Our Missions and Outreach Team has much work ahead – locally and globally. The Good Work is needed, and we stand ready to meet needs and empower the hopeless. Gifts to this Fund will help us minister to Foster families, children overseas, young mothers, front line workers, and those challenged with homelessness and food scarcity.
The demand for a safe, strong Christian environment for students is higher than ever before. While St. John's never closed, we did adapt and we expect the need for continuing change. We have worked hard to implement the national, state and local guidelines to keep employees, volunteers, students and congregation members safe and healthy. Gifts to this Fund will help us afford new cleaning procedures, technological advancements, venue accommodations and other new budget items that are a direct result of adapting to COVID-19.
