CATHEDRAL SINGERS

Comprised of adults high school and older), merbership by audition only. This choir rehearses one Saturday every 4 weeks to polish mucsic for performance. Music is learned by individuals on thier own. This group sings only tradional music, and performs four of the Bach cantatas during the year. Director- William Heide.

CATHEDRAL BELLS

This group consists of adults, high school and college age ringers. Previous ringing experience is preferred, and the ability intermediate to advanced level music. This choir plays once each month in church, at concerts, and at special events. Meets Tuesdays at 7:00 p.m. Director- Ramona Miller.

SANCTUS SINGERS

The Sanctus Singers is a girls choir for grades 6,7,& 8 in St. John's School. This auditioned choir meets 2 days in services and presents local programs as well. The girls play a large role in the 7 pm Christmas Eve Candlelighting Service. Director - Audrey Mink.

KANTATE CHOIR-- GRADE 5

Kantate Choir is made up all students in fifth grade from ST. John's School. This choir sings in church services and local promgrams. The fifth graders have a special in December, and perform a Christain musical in spring, complete with actors, soloists, choreograrhy and costumes. Kantate meets twice a week during the school day. Director-Aundrey Mink.

FOURTH GRADE CHOIR & THIRD GRADE CHOIR

New this year, these two school choirs are directed by William Heide and Audrey Mink. They rehearse once a week and sing six times during the school year. All fourth graders will sing in the "Hosanna Choir," and all thrid graders make up the "Alleluia Choir."

CHURCH MOUSE CHOIR (CMC)

All children. 4 years through Grade 2, may participate in the CMC. Children from the community are welcome. The Church Mouse Choir meets Saturdays every 4 to 6 weeks, 9:30-11 a.m. (complete with a break), and sings in a Sunday morning service the next day. CD's help the children learn the songs at home. The little children give a special presentation at the Christmas Eve 5 p.m. Sevice. Director- Amber Sanchez

INSTRUMENTAL MUSIC

There is always a need for intermediate or advance instumentalists to perform in our sanctuary worship services. If you are interested in serving in this area, contact William Heide.

UNSUNG HEROES

Volunteers are always needed for various important takes, from recording performances to helping children dress for services. Our volunteers assist our directors with filling music, distributing schedules and notices, and making recordings of worship services. Contact Kathy Hayes in the conservatory office at 714-288-4433.
