Early Communion Classes for 2010
Early Communion is a 5 week class that the student and a parent (or guardian) attends and is available for all 5th – 7th grade students interested in partaking in the Sacrament of Holy Communion. The student will be expected to write a short statement of faith in regards to receiving Communion and will then go through a short interview process with an assigned Elder. The First Communion Service will be March 21st in the 11am Sanctuary service.
A PARENT/GUARDIAN MUST ATTEND ALL CLASSES WITH STUDENT.
If one class is missed, a makeup class is MANDATORY. If more than one class is missed, they will not be allowed to receive First Communion with the group on March 21st.
